Add Strength With Yoga

Yoga may seem like a trend, but it’s actually been around for thousands of years. Many people use yoga as a means to gaining flexibility and easing muscle stiffness, but that’s not all yoga can do for a person. Yoga also adds strength to those muscles. The more aggressive forms of yoga, ashtanga and power yoga, can help a person add tone to muscles in a very short period of time. Other types of yoga that are less aggressive can also add strength, but the strength comes from holding proper body alignment during each pose.
